Harvard's dining halls will look, smell and taste like California at lunch today with a Savory Spotlight on Citrus. January is citrus season, and we'll feature everything for tasting from Cara Cara oranges to kumquats to Meyer lemons. Plus a New England citrus favorite from local ice cream maker Richardson's Dairy -- orange and lime sherbet.
