HEALTHY EATING

The Healthy Eating Pyramid was devised by researchers at the Harvard School of Public Health and resembles the USDA food pyramid in shape only. This pyramid shuffles food groups around a bit to reflect current nutritional research, especially with regards to fats. For more info on the difference between the Healthy Eating Pyramid and the USDA MyPyramid see HSPH's Nutrition Source.
