Theresa McCulla
Theresa McCulla joined Harvard University Dining Services in 2007 as the Food Literacy Project (FLP) Administrator. McCulla graduated from Harvard College in 2004 with a degree in Romance Languages. She has worked as a CIA European media analyst by day and as an assistant pastry chef, line cook, and researcher for a food writer by night. McCulla loves anything and everything food and happily goes to great lengths to enjoy the perfect pho, pupusa, or fresh-picked plum.
