DAILY OFFERINGS

HUDS features a seasonal menu to make the most of fresh and locally grown produce, and to answer those cravings we all get as the weather changes (nothing is better than a hearty stew on a winter day or a fresh tomato salsa come springtime). But we promise to feature cult favorites like popcorn chicken and the nacho bar all year long.
In addition to basic condiments and spices, there are also some standards available in the kitchen every day:

- Breakfast cereal—at least 12 varieties
- Non-fat plain and flavored yogurt
- Non-fat cottage cheese
- Pudding
- Jell-O
- Peanut butter
- Jelly and preserves
- Juice—at least three types
- Coca-Cola products
- Milk—regular and soy
- Fair Trade Coffee and a selection of black and herbal teas
- Fresh fruit—at least four types
- Eggs made-to-order
- Grilled chicken
- Hamburgers
- Vegan Boca burgers
- Hot dogs and tofu dogs
- Hallal hamburgers and hot dogs
- Vegan bean burritos
- Grilled cheese or grilled ham and cheese sandwiches
- Chickwiches
- Crispy fish sandwiches
- Vegan chick'n patties

- Whole grain and regular pasta al dente
- Two pasta sauces (one either marinara or spaghetti)
- Parmesan cheese
The daily menu is designed to have something for everyone, from light snacks to full, hot meals. At each meal period, the following are available to select from:

- Proteins such as hard boiled eggs, ham, cheese, cottage cheese, and peanut butter
- Make-your-own non-fat yogurt parfaits
- Oatmeal and Cream of Wheat
- English muffins, bagels, and breads
- Daily fresh baked goods such as danish, muffins, or coffee cake
- Cut fruit, melon, or grapefruit
- Make-your-own malted waffles and toppings (Houses only M-S; all locations Sunday)
- Breakfast grill of eggs, home fries, and meats (Annenberg Hall only, M-F; all locations Saturday and Sunday)

- Two soups (one vegetarian)
- Salad bar
- Sandwich bar, including panini grill
- Three hot entrées (at least one vegetarian)
- A hot, fresh seasonal vegetable
- A starch or bean and brown rice
