Bag Meals provide eligible students with a convenient way to order a meal in advance and pick it up from Annenberg or a residential House dining hall.* Bag Meals are part of your eligible meal plan, with no additional charge for undergraduate students participating in the residential board program. The Bag Meals application has been updated for the 2026–27 academic year to provide an improved ordering experience. [Access the Bag Meals application.](https://bagmeals.vpcs.harvard.edu/) **How It Works** 1. **Order Online:** Sign in with HarvardKey, choose your meal and available options, and select your preferred pickup location. 2. **Place your order by 9:30 p.m.** the day before pickup. You can order up to one week in advance, and standing or recurring orders are also available through the ordering system. 3. **Pick Up Your Meal:** Pick up your prepared Bag Meal at the Annenberg or residential House dining hall you selected when ordering. ## Bag Meals Frequently Asked Questions Open all sections Close all sections ### Who Can Order a Bag Meal? expand\_more Undergraduate students participating in an eligible residential meal plan. Eligibility is based on your meal plan or authorized meal access. ### Can I cancel my Bag Meal order? expand\_more Yes. A pending order can be cancelled until 10:30 p.m. the day before pickup. After the cancellation deadline, the order can no longer be cancelled. ### What if I don't pick up my Bag Meal? expand\_more Dining staff track meals that are ordered but not collected. Repeated no-shows may result in temporary suspension of your ability to place additional Bag Meal orders. ### Are Bag Meals available during academic breaks? expand\_more No. The program operates during the fall and spring academic terms, from the first day of classes through the last day of exams. Orders cannot be placed for dates when participating dining locations are closed. ### I'm eligible, but I can't access the Bag Meal ordering system. What should I do? expand\_more If you receive a HarvardKey access error and believe you are eligible for Bag Meals, email and indicate that you are experiencing a Bag Meals access issue.
