International Waffle Day

Wednesday, March 25 at Dinner - Annenberg and all houses (except Eliot and Adams, Closed for Faculty Dinner)

It’s International Waffle Day, a celebration of spring and a good excuse to eat foods whose cross-hatched pattern is perfect for capturing delicious toppings and add-ons!

Menu

Chicken & Waffles with Hot Honey

Malted Waffles and Breakfast-for-Dinner toppings including scrambled eggs, bacon, vegan sausage, sauteed spinach, roasted tomatoes and sauteed sliced mushrooms

MYO Spice Bag - a popular Irish-Chinese takeaway dish consisting of “chips” (or in this case waffle fries) topped with your choice of crispy fried chicken, stir-fried sliced peppers, onions, and a distinct blend of spices, topped with curry sauce

and a Dessert Waffle Bar featuring Nutella, vanilla ice cream, bananas, sweetened cream, cherries and marshmallow fluff
