###
Daily Menu

Every day in your dining hall, you will find a core set of staple ingredients – cereals, condiments, yogurts, fruit, grill items, salad bar selections and beverages – as well as a rotating hot entrée, soup and pasta selection so that you have a delectable range of choices to make. Every meal includes vegetarian and vegan selections, as well as a balance between healthy options and indulgent choices. But we also have an "if you don't see it, ask" policy. You are welcome to whatever is in our kitchen, even it's not on that day's menu.

###
Meals-to-Go

FlyBy Grab-n-Go products will be available at breakfast and lunch Monday through Friday. Students leaving campus, or students who are not able to come back for lunch, will be able to take a sandwich, snacks and beverages to go.

### Food Allergies, Intolerances & Other Special Dietary Needs

Harvard University Dining Services (HUDS) makes every effort to accommodate the various dietary requirements of our guests. We are committed to stringent food safety measures and to educating our employees on the subject of food allergies and intolerances. HUDS makes every effort to label its food correctly. However, the number of meals served, and the number of items used, makes it impossible to guarantee the accuracy of its labeling.

It is incumbent on every individual with special dietary needs to make those needs known to the dining hall manager. Self-reporting ensures that all parties have access to the information necessary to keep you healthy and safe. It is also the responsibility of each student to check with their dining hall managers concerning ingredients if any question exists, and to use our online menu filter to identify potential ingredient concerns.

#### Food Allergies & Intolerances

Students who are attending Summer School and require dietary accommodations because of a documented disability/allergy ***must*** call the Accessibility Services Office (ASO) at 617-998-9640 or email <accessibility@extension.harvard.edu>. To learn more about how to request an accommodation, please visit <https://www.summer.harvard.edu/resources-policies/accessibility-services>.

####
Other Special Dietary Needs

Individuals who are vegetarian or vegan do not need to register with the ASO. These foods are available as part of our daily choices. Individuals with religious restrictions may speak with a HUDS manager to help you make delicious choices, safely, and easily.
