Cafe Gato Rojo

Gato Rojo is a cozy cafe serving the Harvard community located in the basement of The Student Center at Harvard Griffin GSAS. With hot coffee and espresso-based beverages by Dean's Beans Coffee Roasters and over 22 loose black, herbal and green teas from Mem Tea, Cafe Gato Rojo is the perfect stop to relax and enjoy a freshly baked pastry. Are you all about the cold brew? Check out our Dean's Beans cold brew - still or nitro! We also have iced matcha, chai, lattes and teas (especially as the weather warms up), freshly baked pastries and warm cookies, and light snacks such as yogurt.

Gato is a student-run facility, so is closed during all student breaks (thanksgiving, winter, spring), during reading period, and over the summer.
