Harvard University Dining Services (HUDS) looks forward to welcoming you home to Harvard We are excited to provide a hospitality and dining program that is delicious and reflects the rich diversity in cultures and experiences that encompass our community.

HUDS has seasonal menus to take advantage of the changing harvests and flavors we crave at different times of year. Each day you have a delectable range of choices to make. But don't forget to view all the options like a pantry of ingredients you can mix, match and "hack" into your own personal dish!

Food Literacy

We actively engage in food literacy programs and collaborate with the Harvard Office for Sustainability to advance sustainable food systems and education.

Guided by the Harvard School of Public Health's Healthy Eating Plate, HUDS emphasizes balanced meals featuring lean proteins, fresh vegetables, whole grains, and healthy fats.

Sustainability

All undergraduate dining halls are Certified Green Restaurants® and we place focus on sourcing local, with 32% of our budget spent on local goods.

About HUDS

HUDS is the oldest collegiate foodservice in America and is a self-sustaining department of Harvard University. We are also one of the largest collegiate food service operators, proudly serving an average of 22,000 meals a day during the academic year and 5 million meals annually, with a staff that is more than 500 individuals strong.
